Work/life harmony at Wilcox
As Wilcox is a family-run company, we enjoy a family-like working atmosphere where all departments collaborate to complete projects.
Happy employees usually mean happy customers which is a simple philosophy most businesses do not follow. Check out LinkedIn Page to take a peek into what makes Wilcox such a great place to work.
Wilcox works hard, but also plays hard with several team building activities scheduled for our staff.
Diversity is very important at Wilcox and we are involved in several organizations that promote diversity within organizations, such as the Black North Initiative, CAMSC, and CCAB.
Team Building
Each year, secret planning takes place between small groups to host the most unique lunch for the staff. From the Caplansky’s Food Truck, Hawaiian, Comfort Food, Medieval, Italian, Olympics and Hillbilly themes, we’ve had a bit of everything. More pictures on our Facebook BBQ Season album.
In addition to our BBQ season, we have a monthly culture day! Being part of such a multicultural team, we allow our teams to group together with similar backgrounds and show us what they’re all about. This includes food, music, decorations, informative presentations, dance lessons and more! Check out our blog for some of our recent culture days.
