The Challenge
An undersized, aging door opening was creating forklift bottlenecks and safety risks. Structural modification was required alongside full door system replacement while keeping the facility operational.
Our Solution
Wilcox coordinated a full multi-trade project: structural steel fabrication to enlarge the opening to 16′, then supply and installation of a Hormann HDDD_3065 direct-drive high-speed rubber door with integrated laser scanner, light curtain, and wireless safety monitoring.
