DESCRIPTION

Location: Mississauga

The Operations Administrator plays a critical role on the Wilcox team. Managing the scheduling and dispatching of the Wilcox technicians on not only a day-to-day basis, but also through forecasting and planning. This role includes managing incoming client calls and emails, as well as coordinating multiple Wilcox Service crews.

This position works closely with the technicians and reports directly to the Service Supervisor, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00 pm (including a rotating on call schedule for after hours service)

QUALIFICATIONS

This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, adaptability and positive “can-do” attitude, as well as:

  • Team player with effective communication skills
  • Computer proficient and an openness to learning new technologies
  • Self-directed time-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in an often high-pressure environment
  • Motivate Field Staff

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous dispatch experience (within the door service industry would be an asset)
  • Strong professionalism and customer service skills
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the Overhead Door industry preferred
  • Experience dispatching multiple crews
  • Ability to schedule (plan) ahead
  • Familiarity with the overhead door industry is an asset
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Quick Learner
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment as an individual or in a group
  • Experience with Salesforce is considered an asset
