This installation required a hydraulic pit leveler for reliable dock leveling and a commercial sectional door with vision panels for forklift operator visibility before opening.

The Solution

Wilcox Door Service installed a Metrodock hydraulic pit-style dock leveler at bay 11, featuring a diamond tread steel plate, yellow toe guards, and black dock bumpers. The Metrodock system is engineered for high-cycle applications, offering hydraulic actuation and robust pit frame construction for consistent leveling across trailer heights. This was paired with a ribbed steel industrial sectional overhead door with two vision panels, ensuring the dock bay is ready for safe, efficient, high-volume operation. DANGER caution tape was used throughout the installation to maintain safety in the active facility.
