The ventilation design allowed airflow through the door while preventing unauthorized access — solving both the temperature and the security problem in a single, cost-effective retrofit.

Material and hardware selection focused on durability for an industrial environment: robust frames, appropriate mesh or louvered panels to allow airflow while deterring intrusion, and a clean integration into the existing door aesthetic. Installation was straightforward and non-disruptive to plant operations.
